Britannia Silver Dog Nose, 1705 Ref: DOG2 |
| Britannia standard Queen Anne silver dog nose, rat tailed spoon made in London in 1705 by Thomas Spackman. It measures 7.75 inches in length and has a good, long rat tail to the back of the bowl and bears the original initials of EG to the back of the stem. The marks on the back of the stem are rubbed but readable and there is very little wear to the bowl and nothing at all serious or distracting. It is in very good condition. | |
